Estuve en el hotel seis noches y lo mejor es la amabilidad del personal de recepción que me pudo atender en mi lengua nativa, (Giovanni) cosa que se agradece mucho cuando estas en un país extranjero. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Excelente habitación, excelente profesionalidad de todo el personal y excelente servicio de desayuno. También por su excelente situación en el centro de Cork.

Personal de recepción amable, distancia y situación buena y agradable, los desayunos bien, memorable iluminación sobre todo en el baño, falta de toalleros. Por lo demás hemos estado muy bien.

El hotel es agradable, cómodo y el personal muy simpático y servicial. La habitación amplia y cómoda. La única pega que le veo es que no dispone de un pequeño frigorífico o minibar donde poder guardar las cosas.

I stayed here for one night and I found the room very clean and the staff very friendly. The location of this hotel is great, only a short walk to the city center but yet it’s located in a nice quiet area. Would definitely consider this hotel when visiting Cork again.

We had a wonderful 8 day stay. Breakfast was delirious and room service delivery was on time every day. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning to the Lancaster Lodge.

My partner and I have stayed at Lancaster Lodge annually for the last three years. It has always been a lovely hotel, and recently underwent renovations that further enhanced its appeal. The hotel is conveniently located in between the University and downtown Cork. It is walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff are always friendly and accommodating of us. On site parking is readily available, an added bonus!

The hotel was centrally located. We were able to keep the car parked and walk where we wanted to go. The breakfast was nice and hot. The room was warm we had to open the window and then you can hear street nose till about 10:00 but that didn't bother us. It was very tricky to find our GPS was not on board...... but after parking the car on the street and walking up and down the street we found it and there is PLENTY of parking. That is going to be my #1 criteria booking a room on my next trip.

I have stayed at Lancaster Lodge several times over the years and was delighted to return recently. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the premises are relatively quiet compared to most city centre hotels. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and the freshly cooked hot breakfast was delicious. All of this (plus free parking and free wifi) are the reasons it is my preferred place to stay when in Cork.

Staff was very polite, room clean and cosy, location of the hotel is superb: just a short walk to the city centre but still in a relatively quiet part of town (despite the road). Breakfast was excellent value. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Cork City.

So happy to have "found this treasure" in Cork! We are frequently in Cork to visit family and have always stayed with them in the past. Due to recent illness this is not possible. The Lancaster was perfect. Friendly staff, clean ,comfortable rooms and excellent location! The onsite FREE parking is definitely a plus! I know we will be returning!

Overall very satisfied with overnight stay. Staff very friendly, room/bed comfortable and had all amenities. Breakfast was also fine. One suggestion would be to locate more accessible plug sockets next to the bed -it's 2018 and people need to be able to charge their phones/devices while using them and being comfortable in bed!

We have being coming to Cork City for the last 30 years to do our Christmas Shopping over a weekend stay. First time to stay at the Lancaster Lodge and will definitely do so again. Great location, lovely big room, friendly staff, great breakfast and good value.....just what we wanted.

Excellent location for getting into the City on foot, very useful to have parking at the hotel so close to the City centre. The room was lovely, clean, warm and well-equipped. The night was quiet so we slept well. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was really good, catering for us as vegans with no problem. Thoroughly recommended.

The front face of the hotel looks a bit old(fashioned) and therefore fits perfectly to the surrounding area. The quality of it is the interior, which is cosy and modern and the people who work there, who are very kind and acoommodating. The breakfast is nice and so I was very satisfied with my stay there.
